1995 Fiat Cinquecento Sporting

Bought back in November 2003, shortly after my driving lessons started for the small sum of £600; this little car spent a long time sat in storage. It made a few trips out until the tax expired at the end of November, its main home was in Chris' garage. The above picture is the only one that I managed to take before somebody hit the side of the car. I'd had the car 4 days and already someone had mangled the drivers side wing and door. I was not happy!

Not the best start to motoring!

Whilst sat in the garage, a few little things were done to the car:

The engine bay was cleaned and the camcover, ECU and exhaust were panted. The reversing light became blue, a TFT screen appeared for a while and then i sold it because i was poor. I also fitted a vacuum gauge; which now sits some custom made A-pillar pods.

The dial surrouds were already yellow, saved me the job of painting them. Next came the Spax PSX suspension kit. 50mm Drop springs and front/rear adjustable shortened shocks. They sat in the garage for a long while until i passed my test, and drove up to newcastle where brickfoot fitted them for me.

I found some blue cold cathode lights on off, so bought a few sets. This is the result. They're wired to a small button on the dash which also lights up blue. I've recently added red ones under the seats and a couple of blue in the back of the car to light that up. No pictures yet tho.

Finally, some shots of the car as it is now (20/6/04)
